妻の友人夫妻が米国から来日。もみじ狩りを兼ねて百楽荘へ。
近鉄奈良線富雄駅前にある。
しばし庭園を散策した後、
昼食会場へ。部屋はそれぞれ一軒家になっている。
昼食コースは四季9180円。
部屋の床の間。
桜茶。
先付け。柿釜盛り。ずわい蟹が美味しい。最後は柿をスプーン
ですくって食べた。
取肴。鱈白子、穴子の茶碗蒸し、筋子の酒盗。
碗盛。蕪蟹味噌射込み。蟹味噌も美味しかった。
造り。中トロ、車海老、紅葉鯛、剣先イカ、土佐醤油で。
蒸物。海老芋饅頭霙餡かけ。写真撮るのを忘れる。しかし器も
きれいだなあ(笑)。
焼物。大和牛ランプ山椒味噌焼と鰆柚庵焼。美味い!
油物。若鷺香り揚げ。
酢の物。鮟肝と三浦大根の博多。博多造りとは刺身の作り方の
一つ。材料を2枚合わせにして、間に色彩の異なる材料を挟ん
だもの(コトバンク)。
留椀。潮味噌仕立。キノコ御飯。香の物。
デザート。安納芋ミルクプリン、メロン、コールマン、柿ゼリー。
お茶で終了。
なかなか美味しかった。庭の景色がいいので美味しさアップ。
久しぶりに京都マジック(奈良マジック)にかかった気がする。
この後観光タクシーで薬師寺と唐招提寺を堪能した。
