奈良では珍しいタンしゃぶ鍋と焼肉の店。今回は月・金曜日限定のタンしゃぶをいただいた。薄切りにしたタンはアンガス牛（写真左）と和牛（写真右）が選べ、2人前からなので、一つずつという注文もできる。生でも食べられるタンは和風の出汁にほんの数秒くぐらせる程度が食べごろ。はじめは何も付けずに肉本来の味を楽しみ、2度目からは好みで薬味を乗せて、また岩塩とブラックペッパーでいただくのもおすすめ。仕切られたテーブル席と座敷があり約30席。キッズルームもあり、その様子が各テーブルに設置されたモニターで確認できる。ファミリーやママの集まりにうれしいサービス。

水七輪を使う焼き肉は赤身、ホルモンなど豊富にそろい、数人前のセットメニューもある。また、タンしゃぶと焼き肉の両方がいただける欲張りセットも人気。キムチ、韓国料理一品などの単品も多数。
野菜
薄切りにした大根とにんじん。キャベツ。甘みを出すために最初に入れるのはしめじ。
大和ポークしゃぶしゃぶ
きれいな色をした薄切りのポーク。他に和牛ロースしゃぶしゃぶもあり。
うどん
出汁が和風なのでうどんがよく合う。〆には他に雑炊セットもあり。
ハツ刺し
店主一押しの品。筋肉質な食べ応えが楽しい。おろし生姜とたまり醤油で。
生セン
生のセンマイはシャクシャクとした歯ざわり。自家製の酢味噌だれでいただく。
チョレギサラダ
シャキシャキ食感のサニーレタス、大根。ごま油と辛みのドレッシングで。
特製クッパ
卵でとじた韓国風雑炊。キムチは別盛りもできる。牛肉、刻み海苔、ネギ。優しくほっとする味。
特選ユッケ
仕入れによって新鮮な生ものもラインナップ。ユッケも三角カルビでカット、タレと生卵をからめて。(10.10)
ホルモン盛り合わせ
上テッチャン、ミノ、上センマイ、特性ハラミの４種をタレに漬け込んで。特に和牛ミノの柔らかさはなかなかのもの。
冷麺
金属の器にキリッと冷やされた冷麺。具はもやしナムル、キムチ、煮豚、きゅうり。透明スープでさっぱりと。
Ｂランチ
ゲタカルビ、バラ、ハラミにライス、スープ、白菜キムチ、デザート付き。現在ランチは提供されてません。
デザート
苺をくり抜き、生クリームを合わせた練乳を入れる。酸味と甘さが絶妙のバランス。子どもにサービスのバニラアイス。
