数年ぶりの訪問。限定の「味噌豚骨つけ麺」「（半熟味玉入り）をいただいた。
予想通りつけ汁はドロドロで味は濃厚。それでいて味噌の味もしっかり。基本のつけ汁は少し豚骨の臭みがあるのだが味噌の風味により全くない。
自家製麺は冷と温を選べる。極太だがつけ汁が濃厚なのでしっかり絡む。しっかりコシとエッジがあながらツルッと食べやすい。
つけ汁に入っている角柱状のバラチャーシューは食べ応えあり。味玉はちょうど良い茹で加減。
卓上の胡麻、紅生姜、辛子高菜で味変。つけ汁が濃過ぎて辛子高菜が辛く感じない。
最後はつけ汁をスープ割りでいただきました。
スープで割ってもまだ濃かった。
大変美味しく頂きました。
