だいぶ前に行ったきりで味もすっかり忘れてしまったので再訪です。
無鉄砲系列のつけ麺で百名店にも選出されているので期待が持たれます。
Wスープつけ麺300ｇ 1,000円
これはうまいなあ！
豚骨の旨みとコクがしっかり出ている。そこに魚介の旨みが合わさったとても美味しいつけ汁。
麺は極太麺で噛み応えとつるっとしたのど越しがとても良い。
店内にほのかに豚骨臭が漂っていたので苦手と思ったが、食べ始めるとそれが全く感じなくなり、むしろ食欲が出て旨さが感じられるようになって良かった。
日曜日の12時訪問。店内は賑わっていた。
