近畿圏でとんかつはKYKの独壇場ではあるのですが、結構かつ喜さんも個人的には気に入っています。
カツの衣のザクザク感、時間がたっても油でベトベトしない、肉が揚げすぎていない、など基本的な部分のポイントが高いんです。あと、十六穀米もお替わり自由、キャベツ、味噌汁もお替わり自由もポイント高いです。
お替わり自由ですが、キャベツもパサパサではなく、味噌汁に至っては美味しい部類に入ります。値段も特別高いわけではないので、本当にがんばっていると思います。
関東の方がとんかつ屋が多いですが、チェーン店以外で、このお替わり自由システムを採用しているところはほとんど見かけません。やっぱりコストに見合わないんでしょうね。
