コロナウイルスの影響で1日1組限定での営業中でした。
テイクアウトをやっているお店を探しているときに見つけたお店。1日1組限定なら感染の心配も少なく楽しめるので安心です。
富雄駅から歩いてすぐ。飲食店が立ち並ぶ一角のやや奥まった所にひっそりと佇むような雰囲気のお店でした。
店内は約20席くらいでシンプルだけど、おしゃれな感じで肩肘張らない雰囲気なので、入りやすいお店だと思います。
メニューを見ると、どれも美味しそうで迷いましたが
・前菜5種盛り合わせ
・鉄板で作るだし巻き玉子
・仔牛の牛タン串
・芽キャベツの串焼き
・牛肉希少部位食べ比べセットMサイズ
ドリンク
・ウーロン茶×3
・インドの青鬼
・萌黄(白ワイン)
・グラス赤ワイン(名前忘れました。800円くらいでした)
前菜盛り合わせは日によって内容が変わると思うので、参考にならないかと思いますが、生ハムチーズはよくあるメニューですが、塩味とチーズの甘味、旨味のバランスが絶妙でお酒が進む味でした。
特におおすめは串で頼んだ2品です。
仔牛の牛タンはかなり柔らかくて、お肉自体の味もしっかりしているところに塩コショウで味付けされたタンはこれを売りにしたらいいのに、と思うほどの美味しさでした。
芽キャベツは鉄板で焼いているだけあって表面がややサクッとするかな？くらいまで焼いてあり、芽キャベツの甘味が最大限まで引き出されるように少しだけ塩をふっている1品でした。
最後に頼んだステーキの焼き加減はレアをオススメされましたが、ミディアムレアでお願いしました。希少2種はミスジとイチボ。お皿の脇には塩、西洋山葵、醤油ダレ、ガーリックチップが添えられていました。
やはりこのお店のメニューでもオススメされているイチボのステーキは絶品で、噛んだときの肉の旨味と油の甘さは最高でした。これだけ油が美味しければ確かにレアの方がより楽しめたかなと思います。
以上の品を頼んで、しめて15000円。決して安いとは言えないかもしれませんが、大満足のコストパフォーマンスでした。
トマトリゾットの鉄板オムライスも気になったので、近いうちにまた来ようと思います。
