奈良の登美ヶ丘にあります「居間焼肉 百欒」さんです。この日は、休日のお昼時、11時台に訪れました。普通に入ることができましたが、最初に予約の有無を聞かれましたので、予約が基本の人気店かもしれません。
お店は、登美ヶ丘のスーパー「ライフ」さんの目の前にあり、イエローハットなどとの複合店舗となっています。複合店舗との共有の駐車場が完備されています。
店内は、靴を脱いで入るようになっていて、上品な空間です。すべて個室対応となっているので、ゆっくりいただけるのが良いところです。接客も丁寧なものでした。
ランチメニューは、1500～3000円くらいで、お肉の種類や、ビビンバ、冷麺などとの組み合わせで多くのメニューがありました。
この日は、夏の冷麺フェアの中にあった、麻辣冷麺ランチセット1780円を注文。内容は麻辣冷麺と、特選焼肉三種（バラ、赤身、USハラミ）、肉巻き野菜、キムチ、ナムルです。
しばらくすると料理が提供されます。肉の量は控えめで、冷麺は大きな器で提供されます。
冷麺は、いかにも辛そうな赤い色合いのスープ、肉味噌、ニラ、もやし、糸唐辛子などがトッピングされています。
スープは肉味噌の旨味が出ていて、かなりピリ辛。ですが後味がすっきりしていて、夏の時期に良いなと思える味わいでした。
麺は細麺ストレートで、かなりコシの強いつるつる食感のものを使用されています。これがスープの後味のすっきり感と合わさり、バランスが良かったと思います。辛さもほどほどで、万人に受けるピリ辛冷麺だと思います。
焼肉の方は、もみだれを最初に漬けて焼くように書かれています。それをお店特製に漬けダレにくぐらせていただくと、旨味を堪能できます。特にバラ肉の脂の乗りは、とても良くジューシーでした。また全体的に肉質がとても良かったと思います。肉巻き用の野菜が3枚用意されているのですが、肉の提供が少ないのがちょっとマイナスかなと思いました。
ただ、料理の質も良く個室対応なので、ゆったりできるお店です。ゆっくり上品な焼肉を楽しみたいときに使いたいなと思えるお店です。機会を見て再訪してみたいと思います。
