水曜日の16:30に富雄にある『ロクメイコーヒー トミオロースターズ』へ。
「TODAY'S COFFEE(550円)」をオーダー。
ニカラグアの豆とのこと。
色々詳しく教えていただきましたが、投稿するまでに忘れてしまいました。。
5分ほど待って呼ばれました。
一口。美味い。
少し酸味があり、苦味は少し抑え気味のサッパリした味わい。
今日の体調的にはこれくらいがちょうど良いです。
このマグカップも独特の陶器の質感で良い感じ。
ロースタリー併設で、大きな焙煎機がガラス張りの部屋にあるのが印象的。
こちらで焙煎した豆を販売したり卸したりされてます。
販売カウンターには色々な豆のサンプルと試飲用のコーヒーが。
それぞれに詳細な説明書きがあり、何を買えば良いかが失敗しなさそうです。
奈良駅前にもカフェがあるみたいなので、次はそちらへ行ってみます。
