出先の寄り道、そう言えばこの先の交差点に、大きな珈琲豆のロースター屋さんがあったのを思い出し、いそいそと入店。お家の豆が無くなるし、すぐ駐車できるからね。
結果、この辺りを彷徨くことは今後もあるだろうから、「来たらできるだけ寄る」に登録です。
オーダーは、コロンビアの深煎りタイプを、かなり細かく挽いてもらった。こちらの要望を丁寧に聞いていただく店員さんも、お店の雰囲気そのままで優しい。
嬉しいのは、持ち帰る間でも、クルマに漂う香りが良い。嗅ぐだけで幸せ。
持ち帰ってドリップでいただくと、意外やさっぱりした味わいで、期待するビターな濃い味はまんま残ってる、美味しい一杯。
