「品書き」はなく、都度きちんと説明してもらえます。
正統なダシと調味がわりとハッキリしていて、素材よりも前に来るようなイメージ。
洋の要素も思いのほか多く力強いので、コースとしては「創作和食」のよう。
器や盛りつけは"女子力"が高く、ひな型も多少あるのかも。
昼だからかボリュームは多くはないけどたのしく満足。
