富雄の駅から徒歩5分ほどのところにあるパスタの店です。入り口が2箇所ありますが、券売機があるのは東の入り口を入ったところです。西から入ったら店内を横切って券売機まで行く必要があります。
券売機でパスタを選んだらその前にセルフコーナーがあるので、水とサービスでいただける枝豆ペペロンチーノを皿に入れて席につきます。この枝豆は最高です。食券は取りに来てもらえます。席はカウンターとテーブル席があります。
ナポリタンが好きなのですが、やはりここは店名にもあるのでカルボナーラです。常連客が多いようで、皆さんトッピングとかバケットとか慣れてる感じです。不覚にもトッピングまで考えられませんでした。
次回は予習していきます。
カルボナーラは生パスタがもちもちです。ソースは重くないけどコクがあり最後まで美味しくいただけました。温泉たまごをトッピングしたらよかったと後から悔やみました。
次回は大好きなナポリタンかトマトナーラを食べてみたいです。
