冨雄川沿いにある焼肉屋さん
店名に負けない肉の良さが目に付きました。
今回は、単品での注文ではなくセット(盛り合わせ)からの注文にしました。
セット(盛り合わせ)とはいっても、希少部位(ハネシタやイチボなど)がメインの豪華なもの。
セットのホルモンはウインナーなどに変更もできるありがたさ。
ただ、低価格帯のお肉を中心とするセットが用意されていないのが悔しい。
サイドメニューの味も良く、お肉だけでなくてもお腹は満たせる。
つけダレは、甘口・辛口・サッパリと３種類になっている。塩焼き用のレモンはレモン汁が小皿に入れられている。ちょっと貧弱におもえる。
また、テーブルにタレが置かれていないので、足りなくなって場合はコールするしかない。タレの追加をお願いすると、小皿に入れて持ってくる。違和感が残る。
それに、テーブルに設置している「岩塩」「ニンニク」「コチュジャン」の説明がないことも疑問。
店内は威勢のいい掛け声が飛び交っていた。「○番様追加注文いただきました！」ラーメン屋を思わせる感じだ。
