近鉄富雄駅から徒歩5分くらいのところにある欧風バルです。落ち着いたオーク色の店内、照明も適度に落とされています。
ランチの情報があまりなかったので、どんな内容なのかわからずにうかがいました。
ランチは、A ハンバーガーとフイッシュ&チップス、B スープ・サラダ・パン・肉料理、C スープ・サラダ・パン・魚料理の3種類があります。全てワンプレートランチです。
あとはハーフコースがあります。前菜・魚料理・肉料理になります。初めての店ですので肉も魚も試してみたくてハーフコースにしました。
前菜は貝柱のカルパッチョにルビーキャビア乗せ。かすかにココナツの香りがしました。貝柱の甘みがシンプルなソースによく合っていました。
魚料理はサワラのポアレにトマトフォンデュ、下にはもち麦のリゾットがありました。美味しい料理は塩の加減が絶妙なものですが、このサワラもソースもちょうどいい塩梅でした。
肉料理は豚肩ロースの低温ローストに玉ねぎのピューレと少し甘みのあるブラウンのソースが添えられていました。豚肉は柔らかいだけでなく噛みごたえもあり玉ねぎのピューレとソースがその旨味を引き立てていました。少量散らされた塩がまた美味しかったです。
全体的に調和の取れたプロの味でした。ワンプレートランチの魚と肉もコース料理のものと同じなのでお得です。こんな店が近所にあれば気軽にワンプレートランチをいただきに来られるのにと思いました。またうかがいます。
