近鉄富雄駅から少し歩いた場所にあるバルです。
お店は餃子の王将の隣で2階にあります。入口は狭く、すぐに階段がありのぼったところです。
入口は狭いものの、看板が出ているので比較的わかりやすいかと思います。
バルなので夜がメインですが、ランチの営業もしています。テイクアウトも行なっていて、事前に連絡すればスムーズに受け取れます。
今回はテイクアウトで利用しました。
テイクアウトは3種類あり、ハンバーガーとフィッシュアンドチップスのセットとLUNCHボックス（肉もしくは魚がメインのランチ）です。今回、ハンバーガーが食べたかったのでハンバーガーとフィッシュアンドチップスのセットにしました。
持って帰ってオープン。
彩りが綺麗で、またとっても美味しそう♡夢がある組み合わせですね！では、いただきます。
ハンバーガーはとにかくお肉が美味しい♡
牛肉と豚肉の背脂、そして鴨肉で作ったパティはとにかく旨味が凄い！口の中でお肉の香りと旨味がこれでもかというぐらい広がります。お肉は香りづけにハーブが使用されているので、お肉の旨味を活かしながら爽やかな香りも楽しめます。かなり強い旨味ですが、ハーブの爽やかな香りの効果でしつこさや重さを感じずずっと美味しくいただけます。
バンズはややハード系ですが、そこまで重くなく適度に軽さがあります。もっちり感はそこまでなく、またしっとりでもないもののパサつきもない不思議な感覚です。小麦の香りがとても良く、お肉や野菜の相性抜群です！素材の美味しさを引き立てます。
見た目は普通のハンバーガーですが、お肉やソースに工夫が凝らされていて、フレンチ仕様のかなり美味しいハンバーガーです。
フィッシュアンドチップスは揚げてから少し時間が経っているにも関わらず、衣は香ばしくてサクサクです。お魚も臭みがなく、素材の旨味が生かされています。魚とサクサク食感の香ばしい衣の風味の組み合わせって美味しいですね！普段フィッシュアンドチップスはあまり食べませんが、美味しいなぁと改めて感じました。
フレンチ料理のノウハウを活かして作ったハンバーガーって想像がつかなかったのですが、食べてみて納得でした！かなり美味しいハンバーガーです♡
贅沢なハンバーガーなのにお値段も手頃でコスパも良いと思います。
とっても美味しいので、また食べたい^^
