I went there during the Imakoi Bar. What I ordered here was a one-person hot pot of yudofu. When it gets colder, hot pot tastes even better. Because it was during the bar, I had to wait quite a while for it to come out. When it came out, the yudofu contained not only tofu, but also Chinese cabbage, mizuna, enoki mushrooms, chicken, and shiitake mushrooms. It was heated over solid fuel, so it was hot until the very end. The taste was very simple and easy to eat. It warms the body, so I think it's good to have yudofu at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
