生駒駅隣接ビルにある当店にランチ初訪問。
靴を脱いで上がる店内は半個室で仕切られ落ち着いて食事が出来る造り。
日替り定食は、「お刺身盛り合わせ」(880円)と鶏の竜田揚げ重(720円)。
どちらも飲みものが付いてくる。
鶏の竜田揚げも魅力的だったが、今回はお刺身を選択、注文。
11時半頃になると地元客や観光客が続々入店。結構予約客も多い。
程なくして「お刺身盛り合わせ」が登場。
お膳には、鶏と野沢菜の炒めもの、揚げ出し豆腐、味噌汁、お新香がつく。
お刺身は、鮪赤身、鯛、サーモンの3種類、二切れづつ。
盛り付けに手抜きはなく、炒め物、揚げ出し、味噌汁ともに丁寧な調理。
味噌汁には大きな手造り風豆腐、ワカメ、お腑が入り味付けが良好。
お刺身の鮮度もまずまずで切り身は小さいながら美味しい。
揚げ出し豆腐の味付けが程よく、こちらは大変美味。
丁寧な調理でバランスの取れた日替り定食は、ちょっとした掘り出し物。
