通称・ならやま大通りを奈良市から生駒市へ入ってすぐのうどん屋さん。
20年以上前に訪問して以来。当時は田舎の古民家風の内外装だった記憶。
うどん屋さんだがお寿司や丼物、一品料理もある。
ランチタイムにはお寿司や丼物にプラス120円で小うどんがつけられる。炭水化物ばかりは嫌だし、やはりうどん屋さんだからうどんをメインにしたい。
グランドメニューではなく別刷りの春うどんメニューからチョイス。
青い丼でやってきた「春の彩りかき揚げぶっかけうどん」はネーミングとは違い普通の彩色。
麺は自家製。少し平打ちで太めでコシは強過ぎずちょうどいい。普通の温かいつゆの麺は違うのだろうか？
つゆは関西人好みの出汁の効いたやわらかい絶妙な味付け。
メニューに記載のスナップえんどう、新玉葱、イタヤガイ、アスパラの他に小海老、南京、人参。
春が旬の具を多く使っている。
この辺りは奈良では富裕層が多いエリア。
おばあちゃんがひとりで大きなベンツ(GLS)に乗ってきていたり。
単価が少し割高かな。
