念願の杏樹に行ってきました。
店の前はよく通っていて気になっていたのですが、この度、勇気を出して入っていました。
店内は結構な盛況ぶり。
家出る時に空席状況確認しておいて良かった。
お肉や海鮮の鉄板焼きがメインメニューですが、サイドメニューも興味をひくものが多かった。
さて今回は、肉と海鮮の鉄板焼きコースをチョイス。
まず驚いたのが、前菜とサラダ。
キャベツとタマネギのサラダだったので色合いが単調な感じでした。
前菜は、牛肉の煮込み、イカとコーンのペースト。
創作料理みたく、どちらも美味しかったです。
さて、メインの焼き物ですが、
いい具合にサシの入った肉と活アワビと貝柱がラインナップ。
アワビも貝柱も醤油風味の優しい味付けで、美味しかったです。
お肉はというと、一口サイズのサイコロ状にカットされて出てきました。
塩かポン酢がついていますが、ワサビや柚胡椒の用意もあるそうです。
柔らかく、ジューシーな食感のお肉がたまりませんでした。
こちらのコースは、スープやライスがオプションになっている。
ほしい方がほしいタイミングで注文すればいいらしい。
ライスは、白飯、ガーリックライス、チャーハンから選択可能でした。
ガーリックライスをチョイスしましたが、残念なことに味付けが薄かった。
デザートは、アイスかコーヒーが選択可能。
鉄板で焼いたみたらし団子もついていました。
