神戸牛専門店 |
実家に帰った際に家族でディナーを。
とはいえ、近所にこれといった新規開拓ができず、
引っかかったのがこちらの店。
駐車場はあるのですが、
店から少し離れていることと、細い道を入って行かないと行けなこともあり、
店主にきちんと説明してもらうことをお勧めします。
さて、ようやく店内に落ち着き、メニューを見ます。
一番惹かれた神戸牛は「仕入れ無し」
ならば、と注文したメインディッシュは、柚子味噌鍋。
「柚子味噌」という味噌があるのかと思いきや、
鍋のど真ん中に柚子がドーーーーンと入っていて、
それをしばらくして潰し、果汁を丸ごとスープに入れるという豪快さ。
それだけでもおいしく頂けるのですが、
さらに、自家製味噌を投入し完成。
味噌味のまろやかなスープに柑橘系の酸味。
これ、いつまでもスープも飲み続けたくなります。
一年中食べられるのでしょうか。
あの鍋なら、毎週でも食べられます。
