お友達のお宅へお邪魔するのに気になり寄ってみたケーキ屋さん『アルク アン シエル』さん♬.*ﾟいつの間にか素敵なケーキ屋さんが出来ていて今回は下調べをしたらデニッシュ系のパンがあるとの情報を得たのでパンお目当てに！
ケーキ屋さんだからもちろんケーキや焼き菓子がメインで、ショーケースには美しいケーキが並んでいます。オーソドックスなラインナップで買いやすさが伺えます。ショートケーキが520円とまぁまぁな価格…
パンはクロワッサンやパンオショコラ、季節のデニッシュは既になく種類も少なめ。
◎クロワッサン 200円
発酵バターを使用したクロワッサンで全体的にしっとりしています。リベイクして頂きましたがあまりバリッと感はなくてサクサクも少なめ。美味しかったけど、もう少しメリハリのある生地が好き。
◎シナモンデニッシュ 300円
こちらもクロワッサンと恐らく同じ生地ですが成型が違うのでよりふんわりさが増します。シナモンが薄くて思ってたのと違う(-ω-；)もう少しシナモンが主張して欲しいかな。
◎季節のシフォン 栗 290円
カット売りのシフォンケーキです。ふわふわでしっとりしたケーキでシンプルだけど美味しい♡
口溶けが良いので沢山食べれる〜旬の栗が入っているみたいですが少ない？ペーストを練り込んでる？あまり栗を感じる事が出来ませんでした。残念…
今回はメインのケーキを購入しなかったので、少し残念でしたがまたお友達のお家に行く際に買ってみたいです。
