ショーケースにあるどのケーキよりも興味をそそられたこのケーキ。
名をノワゼットと言うらしい。
かわいらしい手書きのポップに、各層のクリームの説明があり、
確か。。。ピスタチオ、アーモンド、ヘーゼルナッツ？わすれてしまった。。。
こんなにきれいな層になっていて、
いろんな味を楽しめそう！
期待通り、全部の層を一口でパクリといくとふわーっと上品に薫るナッツの香り。
クリームが溶けて口に残るアーモンド入りのスポンジ(ビスキュイダマンド？)が
いつまでもこうばしい。
３層のクリームを分けて食べてみたけど、
どれもちゃんと個性があった。
この個性がちゃんとひとつのケーキとしてまとまってる。
そして、食べごたえがあるのでお腹も満足して
食べ終わったあとしばらく幸せの余韻にひたり
中々お店から出られないのでした。
(外が寒かったのもあるけど)
ちなみにノワゼットって、ヘーゼルナッツのことらしい。
んじゃ、生地はアーモンドじゃなくてヘーゼルナッツだったのかな？
とにかく薫りをあじわうケーキだった。
