国道25号と、大和郡山環状線の交わる交差点の角にあるお店です。
地元のお店ですから前から知っていましたが、今回初めてのお邪魔です。
私は、チーズインハンバーグ：880円(税別)
熱々の鉄板で提供されました。
ハンバーグと、付け合わせのブロッコリー、ニンジン、フライドポテトが乗ってます。
ハンバーグは150g、デミグラスソースがかかっています。
ハンバーグの上にスライスチーズが乗せてあるのですが、切ってみると中からチーズがとろーりドバー♪
肉汁とチーズが混ざりあって美味しいです。
デミグラスソースも、まぁまぁええ感じ。
スープバーが付いてます。
牛骨白湯スープとオニオンスープの2種類。
どちらもスパイシーなのは良いけれど、胡椒が強すぎ。
喉にくるわ、むせそうになったよ。
牛骨白湯スープの方が私にはマシだったかな。
相方は、
ハンバーグ&切り落としビーフランチ：1080円(税別)
醤油ソースとオニオンソースのボトルをお姉さんがテーブルに持ってきてくれました。
コロナ前はテーブルに常備だったのかも。
こちらも熱々の鉄板で提供です。
ハンバーグは130gで、切り落としステーキは、写真で5切れ、実物2切れ。
でも、1切れが大きいです。
相方が一口サイズに切り分けると、メニュー写真に近くなりました。
私はステーキを注文しなかったのですが、お肉美味しかったです。
意外と柔らかいし、それでいて適度な歯応え。
肉の旨味とか、そんなんはまぁ･･･(^^;
何かの記念日とかで、｢肉食うぞ！ええ肉食うぞ！｣
なーんて気合いが入ってる日には、ちょっと違うかと思いますが、普段使いには良いお店だと思います。
お得な日替わりメニュー(739円税別)もありますしね(^^)
