JR郡山の駅前のロータリーにあるうどん屋さん
メニューに激にぼが入ったうどんがあり、無類の煮干し出汁好きの私
そのメニューだけを目標に奈良へ向かった次第でございます
他のメニューに目もくれず、一択の激にぼ冷やかけ！サイドの淡路タマネギ天だけは追加
食べる前から煮干しの良い香り
一口出汁を頂けば、キレのある塩加減
ただ何か違和感？煮干しの風味はあるけれど、なぜか魚油か、動物系の脂なのか
やや腐ったような臭さが際立つ
これはデフォルトなのか、違うことを願いたいけど
あまり不味さを普段感じない私が、無理して完食。
麺はモチモチヌルヌルの滑るようなのど越しはいいけど
なんかちょっと勿体ないな
他のうどんは美味しいんだろうけども
