This time, we visited the "Ra~Menkyo Nara Togawa Store" that opened in the summer of 2023 along the Yamato Chuo Road (Prefectural Road 249) in Yamatokoriyama, Nara. It is a convenient place to visit by car, and there is quite a lot of parking in front of the store. I visited around 2:30 p.m., after the peak of Saturday noon, and entered the store just when the customers were cut off. There were quite a few table seats in the restaurant. I'll check the menu. There are quite a lot of different types of soups, but the main one is a soup that condenses the flavor of chicken and vegetables, which is called kihonhagi white yu, and there are many menus that are developed based on that. This time, for my first visit, I asked for a large serving of basic Miyako (Miyako) La~ noodles (¥950). After waiting for a while, the order was served. So, I'll have it! The soup called ginon white hot water is a refreshing chicken white water that allows you to feel the sweetness of vegetables in the front. It has a light mouthfeel and is lighter than it looks. The noodles, which are called Kyoto-aged thin noodles, are moist thin noodles with waves, giving the impression that they are easy to eat even for the elderly. I also enjoyed the ingredients of char siu, boiled egg, green onions and classic. Overall, it was delicious with easy-to-eat chicken white water Ramen that makes use of ingredients such as vegetables. The price is gentle and there are many flavors, so it is a good store for everyday use. It was a treat.
