「うどん WEST 百名店」って事で【釜揚げうどん 鈴庵】さんに伺いました。
平日13時頃に伺いまして先客店内８割ほどの入店状況。
店内はカウンター席が８席ぐらいとテーブル席が４つぐらいございます。
入店するとテーブル席に案内して頂きました。
今回は看板メニューっぽい【Aとり天セット】（うどん・とり天３個・卵かけ麦めし）1300円をお願いしました。
卓上に【蕎麦菓子】が置いてあったので摘まんで待たせて頂きます。
待つこと６分で着丼。
お盆でのご提供でお盆いっぱいのおかずにテンション上がります♪
うどんは（釜揚げ・かけ・ひやかけ・ぶっかけ・生しょうゆ・ざる）から選べ
ひやかけでお願いしましたので冷たいスープを一口、
強めに出された節の味が美味しい♪
うどんは弾力のある太めんで、しっかり茹でられたものでエッジが無いタイプ。
とり天は揚げたてで温かくササミ肉も柔らかく凄く美味しい♪
ソースは自家製タルタルソースでお願いしたんですけど、少し大きめの玉子の白身が残っていたりソースも凄く美味しい♪
麦飯卵かけごはん・サラダも付いていてボリューム満点で満腹満足♪
