ラーメンと鶏焼肉
気軽にちょっと一杯！ |
何となくラーメンが食べたくなり、行ってきました。入るとデカイ器がテーブルに…⁉️びっくりしながらメニューを見ると中々豊富なラインナップ。炙り味噌ラーメンとセセリポン酢、餃子を注文。鳥は香川県の鶏肉を使用しているらしく、親鳥かひな鳥の肉が選べます。親鳥は堅いが味がイイとの事で親鳥で注文。柚子胡椒で食べます。確かに堅い‼️しかし噛めば噛む程口の中に旨味が広がります。餃子は普通。
炙り味噌ラーメンですがスープは香ばしい香りと背脂のこってり感がいい感じです。好きです、美味いです。
