ラーメンと鶏焼肉

前から気になっていたこちらへ時間があったので伺いました。
五位堂の駅からすぐです。車だとお店の前に2代の駐車スペースはあります。
店内はコンクリート打ちっ放しでオシャレです。
メニューを見ると種類は多いですね。
オススメと書かれた濃厚とんこつラーメンを注文しました。横浜家系と書かれています。麺の太さと硬さを聞かれたので、超極細の長浜麺、硬さはハリガネでお願いしました。
テーブルにはメニュー、呼び鈴、フライドオニオン、胡椒が置かれてます。
しばらく待って着丼。
トッピングはデフォで煮卵半分、チャーシュー、紅生姜、ネギ、キクラゲです。家系と書かれてますがほうれん草も海苔もありません。
麺は極細のストレート麺。ハリガネで注文しましたが硬麺程度でしょうか。
スープは濃厚な豚骨でとてもコクがありますが、醤油？塩？辛いです。濃厚ってこう言う意味？と言いたくなる辛さです。ここまで辛くしなくてもコクがあるスープなので良さは出ると思うのですが。
次回はほかのラーメンも食べてみたいです。
