ラーメンと鶏焼肉

東名阪を利用して関西から東へ移動する途中、お昼時に近くのラーメン屋さんを検索してこちらに。お店の前に1台分の駐車スペースがあります。店内はカウンターのみ。
ラーメンは種類豊富ですが、一番人気の熊本ラーメン（900円）にしました。麺は3種類から選べますが、私は超極細の長浜麺に。麺の硬さを選べますので「はりがね」にしました。これにプラスして焼き餃子（400円）も。
熊本ラーメンは独特の豚臭さは控えめですが、しっかりとスープの旨味を感じます。麺もはりがねにしたので細麺ながら腰をしっかりと感じることが出来ました。初めはくどいかなと思ったのですが、食べ進めるうちにスープも飲み干せるくらい慣れました。嫌味のない味になっているからだと思います。
餃子は酢コショウでさっぱりと。こちらも美味しくいただきました。
