店舗前を通過する度に気になっていた『喜MAMA屋』さんへ
店舗前に駐車場2台分あるが、交通量が多くて駐車は良いが出る時が難易度ハード笑
店内は手前にテーブルとI型のカウンター
木目調で清潔感もありgood
13:00到着でお客さんはいなかったけど、普段は駐車場に車が停まってるイメージ
水はセルフで入口にサーバーがある
調味料も一通り準備あり
一番人気の熊本ラーメンを注文
麺の種類と硬さも選べるらしく、ちぢれ麺でかたと伝える
深めの丼に、チャーシュー2枚、味玉、キクラゲ、ネギ、ゴマがバランス良く盛られている
スープを一口…
黒まー油の香りも良く思っていたよりも濃い感じはなく後味も美味しい☺️
ちぢれ麺とスープの絡みもよく、チャーシューはほどよい柔らかさで美味しい
味玉は黄身トロやないけど、普通に美味しい笑
スープ完飲はしなかったけど、しっかり美味しかった！
寡黙な店主さんやったけど、愛想も良くいいお店
少しコスパが悪いけど、もっと流行っても良い気がするので応援していきたい！
