お好み焼きと言えば『風月』。
こんなふうになんとなく決めていたので、
しょっちゅう通りかかる道なのに今まで伺ったことはありませんでした。
なんとな〜く、
今日はここのお好み焼き屋さんに行ってみようかと入ってみました。
す、すごい賑わいです！(´⊙ω⊙`)
めちゃくちゃ人気店やん！！！
たしかに広めの駐車場もほぼ満車状態で、
田所商店と同じ駐車場だからだと思ってたら
いやいや何のその！
こんなに賑わってる飲食店に来たのは久しぶりな気がします！(≧□≦)
やっぱり、全国的に非常事態宣言が解除されたからなのでしょうか？（奈良は結局宣言出ませんでしたけど)
で、げその塩焼き、わらい焼きミックス、豚玉モダン
をお願いしました。
わらい焼きって初めてなんですけど、店員さんはオムそば風って仰ってました。
分かったような分からんような。。。？
こちらのお店は、奥の厨房で焼き上げた物を
こちらの鉄板に運んで下さるスタイルです。
最初に来たのがげその塩焼き。
げそがぷりぷりでやわらかい！！(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
お年寄りでも食べられるレベルのやわらかさです！
塩加減もちょうど良くて美味しかったです！
あっという間にげその塩焼きを完食し、
お次は初のわらい焼きの到着です。
コテで切り分ける瞬間からふわっとしたやわらかさが伝わってきます！
中から小エビがゴロゴロ出てくるし、生地の中にそばが入ってるからそばが鉄板でカリカリに焼かれてなくて硬くなってないんです♪*^^*
何これめっちゃおいしい！！(//∀//)
お好み焼きでは食べたことのないレベルのやわらか食感でホントに美味しかったです！
その後に来た豚玉モダンがすごく硬く感じた(これが普通)のは言うまでもありません。笑
今度ここに来たら、
わらい焼きは絶対に外せません！╭( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑
