Waraiyaki, a special Okonomiyaki born in Kyoto
Warai's special fluffy "omelet soba style" Okonomiyaki born in Kyoto. The combination of soft noodles and gooey soft-boiled egg creates an addictive flavor. Furthermore, we use plenty of juicy and ten |
In late December, I remembered that there was a flyer for this store before, so I went to lunch alone. The location of the shop is Nishiyamato, Kawai Town, across the road from Starbucks. There is a "Menba Tadokoro Shoten" on the same site, and a large parking lot is secured for both restaurant. When I entered the store, it was a little early for lunch on a weekday, so the customers were flipping. It was a bigger restaurant than I expected, and there were about 15 tables with iron plates. There are also large tatami seats, and it is a restaurant with a considerable capacity. The restaurant staff will guide you to the table and check the menu. Like the capacity of the restaurant, the menu is diverse, and in addition to the Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) menus, it seems to be a restaurant with a wide range of uses, such as Teppan-yaki, one-dish menus, desserts, etc. From the lunch menu, I selected Warai yaki & Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) (each half) for 990 yen. It is a greedy menu where you can enjoy the famous straw grill and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). For lunch, as a lunch set that you can choose, you can ask for A lunch salad + soft drink B rice (free refill) + miso soup additional fee 110 yen C A + B at no additional charge. This is a good deal, isn't it? You can also choose from pork balls, kyotenyaki (pork balls), and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) (pork) (prices vary depending on the individual). In addition, there was also a set meal with A + B, and there was a menu of Steak, tonpeiyaki, fried chicken, etc. I was aware that the restaurant had been around for a long time, but this was my first time eating here. It was also the first time that I realized that the shop originated in Kyoto and has its own Okonomiyaki called warai ware. When I looked around the menu and the inside of the store until it was served, I could see that various services were offered on a daily basis, that there was a children's space in the store, and that the staff's customer service attitude was solid. Isn't the restaurant's attitude toward customers, such as the ingenuity of the menu and service, and the response of the restaurant's staff, wonderful? Even though I haven't eaten yet, I already feel it. Well, here comes Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). Before that, rice, miso soup, and incense are also brought in advance. The griddle on the table is pre-heated, so you can enjoy the hot Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) until the end. Even if it is half, it is a reasonable volume when two dishes are together. Warai yaki applies mayonnaise makeup to the surface and makes the skin fair. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is topped with chopped onions and red ginger. First of all, I served both on a plate, but the straw yaki is thick but fluffy. When you carry it in your mouth, it is fluffier than when you cut it, and it has a mushy texture. I was surprised to find soba noodles in the Okonomiyaki, but unlike ordinary modern baking, it is completely integrated with the dough. The dough part is a dough with a lot of eggs. It can be said that it is a one-of-a-kind Okonomiyaki that is different from ordinary Okonomiyaki. The Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) was the usual one, but with plenty of sweet sauce. It was my favorite Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I'm also a Kansai person. Of course, we will have rice without these dishes. This is also the way the rice goes. I asked for a refill in half the amount, but it was charming that it was served in almost the amount of one cup. So when I finished eating, I was full. It was featured on a certain TV program the other day, including this store, but I was able to gain knowledge of follow-up. Okonomiyaki and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) would be beer, but it's a little disappointing that you can't go there unless you have a car due to the location. Other than that, it's an impeccable store. It was a treat ~.
