店内には醤油の香ばしい香り。

炭火焼き豚バラ丼 並 800円
待つこと7分。
薄く切られた豚バラに甘辛の醤油ダレ。豚バラの脂がタレと交わり旨味となって口の中に広がる。脂とタレが程よく染みたご飯の硬さもいい感じ。海苔もいいアクセントになって、食欲は増す一方。
ご飯も含め量は少なめです。豚バラの脂はとても軽く、あまり脂っぽさは感じませんでした。少し脂っぽく感じても、しば漬けと味噌汁がリセットしてくれます。食後の空腹感が食前に勝るほど美味しくいただくことが出来ました。
