1日51杯しか作れない極上ラーメン
まだオープンして間も無いので認知されてない今がチャンス!!
多分食べたくても食べられない幻級のラーメンになってしまいそう…笑
ってことで載せるかやめるか悩んだけど情報シェアします
1日51杯しか作れない理由、それはどうやらお水にあり
なんと奈良の名水で有名なゴロゴロ水を汲みに行って使用しているとの事。
スープには倭鴨という地鶏、ご飯は宇陀で取れたお米を土鍋で炊いて奈良の土地の恵みをめっちゃ生かしたラーメン!!
厚みのある鶏スープに少し甘めの醤油がめっちゃ合う。
チャーシューもホロホロと柔らかくこれも激ウマ。
チャーシュー好きな人はチャータク丼は必ず食べて！
来年か再来年あたりミシュランのビブグルマンに載る予言しておきます。
ほんまにはよ行かんと開店前に当日分ソールドアウトなお店になっても知らんからね
