橿原市のおふさ観音で行われている風鈴祭りを見に行くことにしました。
その前に昼ご飯を、と思い
付近をリサーチして見つけていおいたのがこちらのお店。
一見、ラウンジか喫茶室のような外観ですが、
中は小さいながらも、座敷もカウンターもある店。
若者が勢いで入る感じの店ではないからか、
落ち着いた年齢の方で埋まっていました。
さて、料理の方ですが、
要予約のものを除いて３つのランチメニューがあり、
それぞれ注文することにしました。
それぞれ内容は少しずつ違うのですが、
共通しているのは、
食材の多様性、栄養のバランス、そして、何よりも彩が非常に美しい！
和牛ロースの質も、脂が一切の嫌味なく口の中で溶け、
それすらもタレになるかのような味で感激しました。
普段は小食になりがちな親も、ほぼ完食！
いい店に出会えました。
