これぞ奈良って名物的なモノあまり無いんだよねぇ。
私の周りの奈良出身の人たちは皆、ちょっと自虐的ととれるまでに声をそろえて言うんですよね。
でも、自然も歴史もあっていいところだよ！と郷土愛は皆さんもたれているんですけれどね。
奈良、しかも橿原神宮前に宿泊することになると食べログで検索しても奈良名物は柿の葉寿司になりそう。
ホテルでのレストランも味気ないし…と思いながら観ているとその中でこちらは農家直営をうたっています。
自然の奈良にピッタリと選んでみました。
メニューは焼き鳥と鍋と居酒屋メニューが少しあるだけ…。
あれ？自慢の野菜メニューって全然ないなぁ？？？？？
鍋を注文すればそれなりに楽しめたのかもしれませんが
結構、坂がある明日香自転車巡りをして来た私たちはビールモードで
焼き鳥をメインに選択しましたので、シーザーサラダと季節野菜の天ぷらを注文しました。
両方ともまずまずでしたけれど、特別感がそれほどあるわけではありませんでした。
実家で休耕地を買って、素人農業をやった野菜を時折送ってもらいますが
採りたてって、それだけでおいしいじゃありませんか？
特にそれを感じたわけでもなく、まぁ普通においしいかなぁと言うレベル。
でも、野菜モノはそれでも☆☆☆くらいでもいいかな？
焼き鳥は全般的に一枚落ちます。
焼き方も表面パリ、中ジューシーという感じでは無く、どちらかと言えば焼きすぎ？
レアレバーと書いてありますが、中までしっかり火が通ってパサパサ。
二人ともお腹が空いていたこともあって食べて、たくさん飲みましたけれど
それでも、ちょっと高いかなぁ？普通は３０００円台が客単価とは思いますが。
サーヴィスは一人で回されていて、
はっきり言えば連休のお客さんの多さに対応し切れていませんでしたが
一生懸命やられているかんじは好感をもつ事が出来ました。
それだけに２つ☆つけるのはちょっと抵抗ありますが
お料理はもう少し研究と、農家の良さを出すメニュー考えられた方が良いかなぁ？
