友人に誘われて奈良に小旅行。
その目的の１つは飛鳥鍋を食べることでした。
こちらは自家農園で栽培されたお野菜たっぷりのお鍋が食べられるとあって、期待に胸を膨らませて入店！
大和地鶏のプリプリした食感、新鮮なお野菜、とてもおいしかったです。
牛乳を入れたスープはクリーミーで、ほっこり安心する味です。
実は、私は牛乳をそのまま飲むのが苦手なのですが、料理に使うと美味しいですね！
豆乳鍋とは違うミルキー感がありました。
家でもやってみようかなぁと思えるおいしさでした！
