久々に博多ラーメンが食べたくなって夢街道橿原店へ。注文は唐揚げ定食。
しばらく待って、唐揚げとライスが運ばれてくる。唐揚げにはネギタレがついており、追加でタレを注文することもできるらしいが、十分にあるので必要ない。唐揚げはサクサクと香ばしく、肉汁がじゅわっとあふれるタイプの唐揚げで非常に好み。おかずにしてライスを進めると、これだけで満足しそう。
さらに遅れて、ラーメンが届いた。麺の硬さはバリカタで頼んだ。最初にスープを一口。豚骨の重い感じが、想像どおりで良い。次に、麺をいただく。食感が野暮ったい感じ。ぼんやりとした境界線。ラーメン店なのだが、麺に期待はできない感じだ。半分ほど食べたところで、にんにくをどさりといれ、ごまをグリグリと落としていく。香りが一新され、喉に来る感じのにんにくの主張。この、味の変化を楽しめるのも博多ラーメンの良いところだ。
総評。唐揚げ良し、スープ及第点、麺はちょっと頑張ってくれ。
