日曜日のお昼に訪問も待ちはなし。
オーダーは「味玉ラーメン」。
卓上を確認。
紅しょうがに辛子高菜は
博多ラーメンにはマスト。
他はコショウにおろしニンニク。
ほどなく着丼でまずはスープから。
おぉ！美味しい。
豚骨感はしっかりとあるし、
醤油もちょうどよい。
麺もオーダー通りの「カタメン」に
なっている。
具材はネギに焼豚。そして味玉。
焼豚は美味しい。ホロホロ。
ココでニンニク投入。
スープにキレがでますね。
場所柄、頻繁に行く事はないですが、
また寄りたいと思います。
