It's fun to eat with lots of laughter and chatter. The late welcome party for my workplace was held at Warakuan Okita in front of Kintetsu Yagi Station, and after the chairman's greeting, the emcee called for a beer toast. First, we had a seasonal appetizer of firefly squid and bracken, and a sashimi platter. Next, we switched to shochu and proceeded to young sweetfish Tempura, and the delicious sake was passed around. Everyone there had good looks, except for a few who had no life experience. It was fun to talk with young people. Before I knew it, I was on the last train home.
