職場の歓送迎会が開かれました。この店は何度かお邪魔したことがありますが、出される料理は期待を持たせる内容です。大将の趣味で掛けられた油絵は趣味の域を超えている。
まずはフカヒレ
の茶わん蒸し。お凌ぎは蛍烏賊の酢え、季節の山菜、海老の寿司、木の実和え、モズク・・・お椀には梅の花を散らした揚げ出しにトロロが胃に優しい。向付は旬の刺身で鯛、烏賊、鮪、甘エビで焼酎も進む。山海の素材を使った八寸から日本酒にかわる。焼き物は鰻の白焼きが上品で美味しい。鮎の天ぷらの後は毛蟹が珍味だ。
最後は胃に優しい雑炊で〆ました。皆さん笑顔で散会しました。
