橿原神宮前にあるつけ麺屋を目当てで行きましたがあいにく閉まっていたため、前から気になっていた同じ市内にあるこちらのお店を訪問。場所は国道24号線の北側、イオン橿原店の近く。駐車場は店の隣にあります。
店はちょっと年季の入った造り。日曜日の14時前で先客は1人。本日は醤油ラーメンが売り切れとの張り紙。注文は店一押しの塩ラーメンとおにぎりのセット。
塩ラーメンは具材が、煮卵、チャーシュー、ネギ。麺は全粒粉ストレート細麺と普通のストレート細麺から選べますが、今回は普通のストレート細麺。スープはかなりあっさりでゆず風味が香ります。食べ終わった後のスープに追加で雑炊。雑炊はおすすめです。
かなりあっさりしたラーメンの印象です。
