奈良に出張があって、晩御飯に行かせていただきました。
店の雰囲気は木の感じが優しい感じで、ほっこりと長旅の疲れを癒してくれました。
奥にある個室に案内される。
奈良の地元の名産品が食べられるということで・・色々オーダーしてみる。
まずは・・きくらげから！奈良で無農薬で栽培されているとのことで、珍しい白きくらげがあり、非常に健康にもいいとのこと。
それを天ぷらや、酢の物、佃煮などでいただく。
歯ごたえもあり、口の中でとろける感じも非常に美味。
木耳ってこんなに美味しかったのかと驚く。
つづいて黒木耳も食す。鶏肉には大和肉鶏をつかっているとのこと。
・豚肉ときくらげの卵炒め
・鶏肉ときくらげの明太子炒め
これも非常に美味。
餃子も非常に美味。豚も特別な豚とのこと。
他にも色々食べたが、だいぶほろ酔いになってしまって記憶が定かではない上に
写真を撮り忘れてあまり枚数がないのが残念笑。
まだまだ食べ足りないので、また近くに寄ることがあれば是非立ち寄りたい名店である。
橿原神宮前駅にいらっしゃった際は是非。
