橿原神宮近くのホテルに宿泊。
GWということで、お目当てのお店はどこも満席状態。
駅近くの雑居ビル地下にある徳寿庵さんになんとか席を確保。夕食難民にならずにすんだ。
直ぐに満席となり、ぎりぎりセーフでした。
こちらは鶏肉料理がメインのようです。
頂いたのは、
軟骨唐揚げ、大和イモのとろろ冷奴、シーザーサラダ、せせりポン酢、もも塩焼き
どれも美味しい鶏肉で、味付けも非常に良い。
そしてどの品にも野菜がタップリついていて、品に合わせてレタス、ネギ、キャベツ等と工夫されていて、鶏肉と合わせて美味しく食べられる工夫がされているのが嬉しい。
生ビールの後は、地元喜多酒造の御代菊を頂いた。
飛び込みで入った店でしたが、満足しました。
