週末の奈良。樫原市で宿泊することになって、折角なので美味しいご飯が食べたい！と、
ミシュラン掲載店の割烹、森本へ行くことに。
古い一軒家の、カウンター八席。
老舗の割烹かと思いきや、6年ほど前からやっているのだと聞いて、驚く老舗感。
8800円のコースを注文した。
ねっとり胡麻豆腐。同じくねっとりごまだれと。
クエのお吸い物。澄んだ出汁に、細かく刻んだオクラ。
お造り。
プリプリの牡丹海老と、弾力性強い平目。
鯛のカブト焼き。
枝豆。
大ぶりの、なめこおろし。
牡丹海老の炭火焼き。
カリカリになっている。ビールに合う。
ズッキーニ、ししとう、白身魚の天ぷらに、トマトあんかけ。
和牛の炭火焼き。
柔らかくて香り良い。
自家製ちりめんじゃこご飯。
最後はアイス。
素材よく、丁寧です。
日本酒も良い感じで、素朴な接客にほっこりしました。
コスパは高いと思います。
