最初に訪れたのは数年前…
あれから間が空きましたが
最近、よく来るようになりました。
エルクのパンケーキを注文するのは
これで10回目になります。
今回は、まだ食べたことがなかったけど
以前から気になっていたキャラメルソルト
ティラミスパンケーキ(3pics)を選択しました。
パンケーキは注文してから作ってくださるので
出来上がりまで15～20分位かかります。
レシートと一緒に渡してくださる
ブザーを持ち、ワクワクしながら待機。
ブザーが鳴って受け取りに行くと
ドドンッと迫力のあるパンケーキがお出迎え！
机に運ぶまでの時間がもう幸せです(#^.^#)
※お皿は、回りやすいので要注意
ふわふわ、ぷるるんっとしたパンケーキは
程好い食感、優しい甘さで
やっぱり間違いない美味しさ。
そして！塩キャラメルソースと
滑らかなマスカルポーネクリームが最高で
今までに食べたパンケーキの中でも
特別美味しかったです。
私は、こちらのメニューを選択して
大正解だと思いました(*≧∀≦*)
オレンジの酸味もいいアクセント。
小さなカップに入ったソースは
甘さの中にほろ苦さがあり
ティラミス感を増してくれました。
注文時、母といる時にはコップやナイフ
フォークをそれぞれ二個付けてくださったり♪
店員さんのお心遣いにも癒されております。
