2度目の訪問です。
また、岩牡蠣目当てで行きました(^O^;)
写真を見てもらったらわかりますか？眼鏡の数倍。味はなんともミルキーで、喉に優しくとろけるようでした。
6月ですので、鱧鍋を頂きました。出汁も優しい味です。しゃぶしゃぶして堪能しました。
鰹のタタキはさすが、何の臭みもなく、まろやかで甘みを感じました。
新生姜とモズクのかき揚げや、とうもろこしのかき揚げ、季節感たっぷりで、小ぶりですので、少食で飲んでばかりの私の胃にも優しかったです。
おまかせで辛口の冷酒ばかり頂いていました。できればですが、冷酒の温度が変わらないような工夫があればありがたいですし、飲みやすいものばかりでなく、香りの良い辛口もありますので、そんなものもあれば嬉しいです。ビールや焼酎の飲めない私の独り言ですが(・_・;)

まず！美味しい雲丹をいただきました。
岩ガキが目当てで行きました。
口の中にあっさりと、しかしコクのある、表現しがたい美味しさの岩ガキ。美味しくいただきました。新鮮な野菜の素材の味を大事にした料理も、素敵でした。ただ、日本酒しか飲めず、それにこだわる私には、日本酒の種類に少し幅がほしいな、お料理に負けない、芳醇な、しかしキリッと辛口の日本酒を、少し高価でも置いてくださると、お料理がさらに美味しくいただけるのではないかとおもいました。内装も落ち着いていて、雰囲気も良く、年代が高く、グルメなご婦人方には好まれるのではないかと思います。
