フレンチシェフのラーメンのお店です。以前ヴェルデ辻甚さんでごはんを食べたときに締め？！に寄ったのですが、今日はここだけでごはんなので、ラーメンとローストビーフ丼にしました。お昼なのでお得なセットもあったのですが、頻繁には来れないのでより心が求めている方にしました…！心が求めているとはいえ予定があったのでローストビーフをにんにくソースに出来ず、卓上のにんにくチップも手を出せなかったので次来れたらにんにくまみれになりたいです。
ラーメンはせっかく綺麗おしゃれなラーメン屋さんに来たので味噌モツにはかなり惹かれましたが一番美しく見える(個人的な意見ですが)鶏塩にしました。
ラーメンも丼もお肉が美味しい〜！！！です。麺もコメもパクパク進んでしまいます。
鶏塩はスープが透き通っていて綺麗であっさりしていて躊躇いなく完飲です。
もっと食べたいかも…という気もしましたが今回はとりあえずこれだけ食べてごちそうさましました。
高田市駅で降りるなら是非またここに寄りたいなと思います。
