奈良県橿原市の大和八木駅前のカンデオホテル1階にある表記の店を視察訪問。
ダイエット中なので焼酎の水割りをいただいて自家製豆腐380円を所望。大豆の味をしっかり感じることができてとてもいい塩梅。オリーブオイルと岩塩とブラックペパーでいただくとお酒が進みまくる。
季節メニューのポトフは柔らかく炊いた大根にポルチーニクリームソースをかけたもの、大和撫子卵という奈良産の卵にアイオリソースをかけたもの、プリプリの燻製をかけたソーセージをいただく。。あっさりとした出汁の加減もとてもいい。
メインのステーキは奈良県産の赤身肉。。もも肉なんだけどとても柔らかくて噛めば噛むほど味がある、バジルのソースやマスタード、藻塩で供される。ローズマリーの香りも良くて地味だけど付け合わせの地元の野菜もとても美味しい。150gで1350円は破格の値付け。。。お腹いっぱいご馳走様でした。。。

近鉄難波から特急で26分。大和八木駅で下車して南口から徒歩3分。ホテルと市役所の複合施設のミグランスの1階にある表記のレストランで友人と会食。店内コンセプトはLA。食堂という名前だけど基本ベースは奈良産の食材にこだわった炭焼きイタリアン業態。
特選前菜盛り合わせ1280円はボリュームたっぷり。ローストビーフ、低温調理したオーストチキン、イタリアンオムレツ、自家製ポテトサラダ、人参のラペ、地元野菜を使ったラタトゥーユなど。。
さらに春野菜を中心にした農園サラダ630円。。スモールサイズだけどボリューム満点。
名物の炭焼きをした奈良産牛のステーキ150g1380円は火入れがとてもいい。赤身なのでとても食べやすい。。。あしらえの野菜もとても美味しい。ヤマトポーク、奥丹波鶏の入ったグリルの3種食べ比べもお勧めとのこと。
ワインはモンラッシェとジュビレシャンベルタン。どちらも超特価価格。。。高級ワインはやっぱり美味しいね・・・
ワインが残ったので最後はチーズと一緒にいただいてフィニッシュ。春野菜のブイヤベース風煮込みやグリルのついたお得なセットプランもあります。。
