お誕生日お祝いで10日ほど前に予約しました。18時30分の予約で15分ほど早くつきました。中に入ると混み合っているので30分スタートしか無理とのこと。
仕方ないのでそのまままちました。
30分になるとオーダー取りに来てくれましたが コースの予約なのに通ってない？というような対応。
コースで通ってますか？と聞くと大丈夫ですとのこと。
全体にもたつく感じのオペレーションです。
お料理はまあまあ普通の速度できましたが お誕生日の高い方のコースの割に大和牛盛り合わせは脂っこすぎたり お肉が硬かったりと お祝いにはおすすめできない感じ…
決してお肉が美味しくないわけではなく 牛タンからホルモンまで鮮度は良く 臭みもなく 美味しいお肉。
タレも美味しい。
〆のラーメンも美味しい。
飲み放題のドリンクも提供速度は早い。
クーポンのお祝いプレートは全くなく お祝いなどの利用にはオペレーションが悪すぎておすすめできない。
めちゃくちゃ飲む人にはおすすめ。
なんだろ…経営者は、若い人なのかな？？
頑張ってるのは伝わるが 一人一人のお客様には寄り添えてない感じ。
コースより単品利用のほうが満足度高そう。
頑張ってるのはわかるけど頑張りのベクトルが 顧客満足には繋がりにくい感かな？
お客の立場に立った対応ができるようになれば もっと良くなりそうと思い あえてこの口コミです。
