焼肉屋さんが大阪の有名ラーメン店サポートの元できたラーメンがあるとかないとか
橿原市の丈六交差点を西に進み少し入った所にお店はありました
見た目は完全に焼肉屋さん
間違ってたらどうしようと一抹の不安を抱えながら入店しました
入り口横は座敷が並びお店の奥にカウンター席があります
メニューが沢山ありますがほぼ焼肉メニュー
そりゃそうですよね。焼肉屋さんですもの。
メニューブックの後半にあるラーメンメニューの中から豚骨ラーメンを伝えると黙り込むスタッフ。
少し間を空けて「こちら締めのメニューでして、具材が無いんですけど」
このメニューじゃない。まさかの別メニューでした
豚骨ラーメン1078円
小鍋にお湯を沸かして麺を茹でてる姿は自宅で夜食を作るお母さんのようです
注文して14分程で配膳されました
スープを一口飲むと嫌な予感は当たりました
ぬるい。もう冷たい領域に入るくらいぬるいです。
麺は茹でたてなのでその周りだけ熱くてでもぬるいスープで麺まで冷めるのが早いですね
具材はラーメンサーキットのチャーシュー２枚トッピングでチャーシュー多めですがスープが✖️なので評価は厳しいかな
